Substrate Temperature Management System

In conjunction with Fa. Watttron we are offering stand-alone Substrate Temperature Management System. This System included revolutionary XY-Digital-Heating Technology which enables space-resolved, pixel accurate heating and pixel accurate temperature measurement for any kind of substrates and workpieces.

- Full areal heating with pixel-accurate spacial resolution

- Pixel size is typically 5mmx 5mm.

- Heating capability up to 5W/cm^2

- Heating ramp up to 100K/s.

The heating area can be scaled to any size and dimension.

This unique XY-Digital Heating Technology can also be offered as OEM module for integration into existing equipment platforms.

This unique Technology enables realization and control of arbitrary temperature profiles, with fast heating/cooling ramps and high accuracy.
